Job Description

- To execute the projects - reroft, green field independently with the necessary contractors

- To liain with the ed user, contractor, PMC, consultant for execution of the projects

- Raise the running bills as oper the terms and collect payments

- To generate revenue

- Assembly of Equipments at Sites, Trouble Shooting, attending Customer Complaints and related activites, e.g.

- To organize Assembly, Installation, Start up, Final handing over of AHUs, at respective sites.

- To ensure all equipments, labour, tools and tackles are made available by the Contractor, as per agreement.

- To oversee the Work of Contractors and Ensure Quality and Timely completion.

- To liaison with Customer to Resolve site Issues and Queries.

- To co-ordinate with Finance to ensure timely payment to Contractors, whenever required.

- To Interact with the Design deptt. / Sales team for Client's query resolution.

- To intract with Plant for material requirements, to ensure no interruptions or delays.

- To ensure units start up / commissioning protocols are followed.

- To attend and resolve customer complaints.

- To generate Service Revenue.

- To prepare and submit periodic MIS Reports
