Job Description :

a. To design and implement performance evaluation and Incentive scheme for direct and indirect employees - as required

b. To conduct time study and method study of all the process and update in the system.

c. Continuously monitor and report actual efficiency / productivity / performance levels at defined periodicity

d. Define and communicate the targets of performance and productivity across the entire production system.

e. Leadership and motivation of employees(Shop floor) by implementation of employee incentive scheme.

f. Resource planning with cost effective method. (Optimal Utilization of Man power and Machine Planning).

g. Facilitate implementation of KL Production System for defined elements.

h. Conduct capacity calculations, identify bottlenecks well in advance and report to management for taking appropriate action.

i. Responsible to achieve the department Objective.

j. Support CIP programs and initiatives from planning through tactical execution to achieve higher productivity, quality levels and cost control.

k. Implement, monitor and maintain effective Employee suggestion scheme

l. Coordinate with Lead plant (Germany) for SAP related activities.

m. Layout planning (machine and process) and layout improvements.

n. Improve process through bottleneck and material flow analysis, optimize plant layout, use time and motion study and problem solving techniques.

o. Conduct MTM studies or similar methods to improve work efficiency and Ergonomics.
