Essential Skills :

- Candidate should ideally be tertiary qualified in the areas of commercial negotiations, finance or commercial sourcing activities.

- They must have a proven record or equivalent level of experience in a similar financial services firm or multi-national where they have been responsible for a broad commercial remit of commercial sourcing activities

- The successful candidate should have substantial related experience in technology, business development, procurement or deal management. They should have a proven ability to conduct engagement/communication with suppliers and spend categories.

- Relevant years experience with Supply Chain practices, the relevant Financial Services experience, strong networking and stakeholder management skills.

- They should be recognized internally as technical expert and SME in the areas of TS and have a good understanding and experience with respect to Category Sourcing.

- They must understand the commercial value drivers over a medium term time frame with a good knowledge of competitors and current industry practices.

Desirable Skills :

- A strong command of English and Commercial language is a must both in the spoken and written form. Any additional languages spoken will be a bonus.
