Assistant Manager - Logistics (2-15 yrs)
Location - Cuttack
Exp - 1-2 yrs maximum
Salary - upto 10 lacs
Job Description - Assistant Manager ( Plant Planning & logistics ) Cuttack
For Planning :
- Follow up with vendor for scheduling delivery of Raw Material /Packaging Material at Plant .
- Raising Stock Transfer Orders ( STO) of primary shipment from plants .
- Secondary Shipment order punching in SAP .
- Following up with vendors for COA / Incorrect invoice .
- MRP running in SAP.
- Sharing Daily Physical Inventory Report with all stakeholders & maintaining its complains.
- SLOB Management in system .
- Closure of SAP open order / Open STOs .
- Clearing of SAP order /open STOs .
- Clearing all pending GITs in system .
- Arranging for reverse STOs in case of mismatches at Warehouses .
For LOGISTICS :
- Ensuring Vechicle loading /unloading .
- Vehicle Placement.
- Physical GRN of goods and storing in warehouse .
- Issuing good basics production order from shift incharge.
- Receiving reverse inventory from shop floor to store .
- BIN card management .
- SLOB management at warehouse .
- Daily Cycle count of SKUs.
- Inventory adjustment in coordination with commercial executive .
- Month end audit along with commercial executive .
