Position : Assistant Manager - Facilities
Experience : 8 to 10 Years in the Aerospace/MFG industry in Maintenance/Facilities
Education : B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Job Description :
- Responsible for planning and upkeep of all equipment and facilities
- Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Maintain a list of maintenance spares, tools, and accessories required.
- Liaison with the University Maintenance team for Electric supply and other essential services
- Overall Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management and coordination.
- Preparation and Maintenance of Safety Handbook
- Management and leadership for all Maintenance staff
- Initiate service and overhaul activities related to the preventive and breakdown maintenance of the machinery.
- Interact with external agencies for AMCs and equipment upkeep.
- Liaise with the necessary Govt. Departments related to industry.
- Updating of the statutory documents with the help of concerned depts
- Introduction of Safety Policy, coordinate and operate safety measures in the company.
