Assistant Manager/Manager - Digital Manufacturing (6-12 yrs)
Position : Asst. Manager/ Manager-Industry 4.0/ Digital Manufacturing (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)
Role :
- To launch and complete projects to increase productivity, reduce cost and improve visibility, decision support and management control in manufacturing through:
- Using Robotics/ Automation
- Using Remote Monitoring/ Sensing
- Quality Improvement
- Predictive Maintenance
- Automated Identification Techniques
- Using Data Analytics
- Using the state-of-the art evolutions in Digital Manufacturing/ Industry 4.0
Requirements :
- B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication / Instrumentation / Mechatronics
- Any additional Certification related to Control Systems / Instrumentation will be an added advantage
- 7+ Years of relevant experience
Nature of Experience :
- Industrial Numerical Control System Programming ( PLC / SCADA / HMI ) / Debugging
- Installation & Commissioning of Equipment / Production Lines with Numerical Control Systems
- Hands-on with Electrical / Electronics of Machine Tools and Material Handling Systems in a medium to Large manufacturing set-up with modern control systems
- Industrial Networking / Communication Protocols
- Projects in Industrial Automation / Robotics
- IoT / Digital Manufacturing Projects Execution
- Should have a learning attitude and be hands on
- Should be self-driven & Motivated
