Assistant Manager/Manager/Head - Quality Control (7-10 yrs)
Introduction: Indian Multinational Company, manufacturing products (FRP Rod / strength members, yarn, tapes) for Fiber optic cables and is currently exporting 60 % of its capacity to countries like N. America, Europe, Russia, Africa and Asia. Leading the composite industry from last 25 years having 3 plants in India & 1 in Morocco with annual turnover close to INR 200 cr

Job Title: Asst Manager / Manager - Quality Control
Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry / Industrial chem / Polymer)
Experience : 10-12 years experience solely in QC in Glass / Plastic (preferably Composite - Pultrusion / Thermoset / Thermoplastic Material) or composite / chemical Industry with at least 4-6 years in equivalent position. Exposure in working with composites is preferred. Should have handled 10+ QC Team.
Preferences : from composite industry, Marathi speaking, knowledge of QC tools, statistical analysis,
Job Description :
1. Heading the department, assuring 100 % quality of RM, PM & FG
2. WI, SOP improvements
3. Faults detection prior to failure
4. Decrease in rework cost by timely intervention
5. MIS, Computer skills, presentation skills
6. Manpower handling, skill matrix, training, development, retention
7. Cost saving
8. Knowledge of advanced QC tools / concepts
9. Knowledge of instruments, testing methods
10. Knowledge of testing of glassfibre, resin- will be advantage
11. Preparation of ITP / QAP / Compliance / COA
12. facing third party audits
13. knowledge of ISO / TS
