Experience : 5 Years to 12 Years

A 75+ years old European automation manufacturing MNC having 4 manufacturing setups in India; Pune | Delhi-NCR | Chennai. They are global manufacturer of Field Instruments, Measuring Instruments, Process Instruments, Mechatronics & Pneumatic Equipment- s, etc.

Candidate must have below mentioned skills :

1) Hands on experience in conducting kaizen events (In Shop floor environment). Exposure of conducting kaizen in office environment will be an added advantage.

2) Knowledge in conducting 5S audits.

3) Should be well versed in using problem solving tools (7 QC tools) & also doing line balancing.

4) Exposure to DMAIC approach will be an added advantage.

- Note: Candidates having only consulting experience should not be considered.

Position Purpose :

- Main job will be to conduct Continuous improvement projects. Kaizen events in both shop floor as well as business environment. Conducting trainings on kaizen/lean/5S topics for shop floor workers & middle management.

Key Responsibilities/Main Job Task :

- Prepare kaizen plan for site aligned with business targets & SML projects.

- Plant level 5S audit & monitoring.

- Conducting kaizen events in shop floor as well as business environment.

- Formal presentation preparation and sharing event results to management team members.

- Conducting cycle time audits for result validation of events conducted.

- Conducting training on lean related topics (kaizen/5S/poka-yoke etc).
