Job Description

- Inventory Management of semi-finished goods and raw materials at plant.

- Responsible for Quality Release Monitoring of Finished Goods.

- Responsible for Shipment Monitoring of Finished Goods.

- Pre-commercial Supply Planning, in collaboration with R&D, Tech Transfer, Regulatory, Finance, Legal and Strategic Sourcing teams.

- Lead Material Requirements Planning of APIs in SAP Planned Orders, Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for meeting manufacturing needs.

- Analyse past and future demand volumes, inventory trends and current inventory levels.

Primary point person in Production regarding manufacturing stage wise product knowledge, supply chain set-up in ERP, expiration management, etc. for Finished Goods (FGs) and Raw Materials ( RMs)

- Primary responsibility for establishing and maintaining appropriate inventory levels of RMs.

- Primary responsibility to ensure that WIP are in place to ensure a continuous supply of FGs to support demand forecasts.

- Setting consistent objectives and SLA's ( service Level Agreement ) for service, stock levels, and establishing supply chain parameters with partners across the global network on key parameters (safety stocks, MOQ, lead times, etc.)

- Responsible for Production Planning and scheduling of Finished and semi-finished goods at our manufacturing Plants in India.

- Drives resolution of capacity and materials availability issues, prioritization, etc., in the event of a supply shortage.

- Responsible day wise, week wise and monthly production scheduling.

- Review and monitoring of the monthly production plan, appropriately escalating the issues related to production plan execution.

- Identify and implement recommendations to improve and optimize the supply chain (reduce cycle times, minimize returns, improve shelf life, etc).

- Responsible for auditing and maintaining Bill of materials, routings, stage wise capacity master data at our manufacturing Plants in India.

Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
