Education- B.E. (Mech)
Work Experience- 3+ years for Assistant Manager 8+ Years for Manager
Industry Preference- FMCG, Paper, Pharma, Chemical, etc.
CTC: - Depend on Current CTC
JOB DESCRIPTION
Brief Description : Capex & other item procurement including imports from OEM & alternate sources
Assistant Manager-Purchase
Detailed Description:
- Inviting the RFQ & explore new sources
- Technical & commercial evaluation of offers
- Ordering in SAP
- Import clearances & documentation
- Payment process of import buying
- Create MIS & Reports
- Handling Freight Forwarding Contracts

: SAP working knowledge, Hands on in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Good Communication Skills (Spoken & Writing), Proactive & alert, Progressive & Innovative
Detailed Description:
Manager - Purchase
- Coordination with Engineering Consultants
- Raising the RFQ to OEMs & new sources
- Procurement of Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation items of Plant & Machinery
- Tender Analysis & Negotiation of Contract terms
- Drafting of contracts
- EPCG/Payment License
- Import procurements & handling of logistics
- Execution of contracts
- MIS reports on project status
Job Related Skills :
- Experience of Mid/Large projects of process industry, Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Good Communication Skills (Spoken & Writing), and SAP - MM working knowledge, Progressive & Innovative approach, Domain knowledge & Integrity
