Designation : Asst. Manager / Manager - Safety
Job Location : Navi Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop & execute internal audit plans.
- Collaborates with audit clients & action owners to provide root cause analysis guidance & ensure effective corrective action plans development.
- Perform audit follow up activity to verify effectiveness of corrective actions & implementation of preventive actions.
- Preparation of EHS Aspect / Impact & HIRA Register & execute External audits including opening & closing meeting.
- Record keeping & analysis of environmental performance testing.
- Updating in objectives & targets of environment, health & safety.
- Conducting Periodic mock drill activity.
- Coordinate for internal training programs & Provide EHS Awareness training to employees.
- Preparation of EPRP, OCPs & MPs.
- To increase awareness about TPM activities throughout the organization.
- Implement TPM activities like 5S Implementation, Continual Improvement project, Coordinate Internal & External Kaizen Competition.
- Safety Audits (Internal, External).
- Involvement in Hazop team for New Products.
- Training on Various topic (Safety, Health, Env & fire )to all workers & colleagues |Execute External audits including opening & closing meetings.
- Audit OHSAS 18001:2007
- Audit ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
