Job Opening for Manager /Asst. Manager Tool Design
Qualifications : BE / Diploma Mechanical/Tool Engg
Work Experience : 10-12 years BE/ 12-14 years Diploma
Brief Job Description / key responsibilities :
- Work experience in the leaf spring manufacturing/Auto/Auto Ancillary company
- worked in Tool design & Tool room department
- Hands on experience In tool design (Hot operation condition)
- LCA - Low cost automation projects execution using pneumatics, Hydraulics and PLC
- 2D and 3D work experience must
- IATF 16949 audit handling and document preparation (Tool management)
- Tool room handling and tool planning
- Tool maintenance and giving the tool in time for production
- Tool Life improvement
Any specific skills/competencies required :
Transportation : Yes for all shift
Working days : 6 days
General shift timing : 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Shift timing :
- 5:00AM to 3:30PM First
- 3:15 PM to 11:45PM Second shift
- 11:30PM to 7:00AM Night Shift
New recruitment criteria will be as per below :
1. Candidate should have qualification in SSC/HSC/Diploma/ Graduation minimum 60%
2. Candidate profile should be stable (No frequent Jump)
Proposed Level / Grade : MANAGER / ASST. MANAGER
Function / Department of recruitment is proposed : PROCESS DESIGN/ MFG. ENGINEERING
Ideal Age Group : Less than 35 years
1. Tool Designing and developing the tool inhouse and outsourcing
2. 3D Modelling
