Job Description :

- Process planning & control Assembly Testing, Packing of Engine Manufacturing

- Capacity planning & Expansion & budgeting, layout approval, Scope of supply [SOS], Request for quotation [RFQ], Operation Picture Sheet [OPS], Machine selection, procurement, as per capacity & process requirement, expense budgets, capital forecasts and expenditures.

- Equipment ordering with detail Technical & commercial negotiation with vendor for Revenue & capital items, PO creation, follow-up as per time plan.

- Pre dispatch machine inspection at supplier end. Checking m/c as per test charts & conducts trial as per SOS, on-time delivery.

- Assessment, installation & commissioning of new equipment/ assembly line / Plant, Process, Store layout design, changes with excellent process capabilities.

- Improve productivity, to reduce operator fatigue, reduce takt time, improve tool life & quality from tool room & external suppliers, Establishes standards of Tooling- s, Process. documentations.

- Design, developing, modification & timely availability of fixture, tools & Gauges.

- To update, develop & release Process flow chart [PFC], Process failure mode effective analysis [PFMEA], and Control Plan (CP), Standard operation sheet (SOP).

- Basic knowledge of Kaizen, PQCDSM, Lean manufacturing & Just in time [JIT], OHSE (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), First Time Right, World class manufacturing.

- De-Skilling of Critical Processes by providing trainings, automation, Digital Displays, tools & gauges.

- Improve Material Handling Flow in ATP, Motion Study.

- Hand on Experience of ISO & IATF, OHAS documentations & audits.m
