Assistant Manager - MES @ Bathinda

Our client is a large industrial house in Oil & Gas domain and they would like to fill-up following position asap.

Position : Assistant Manager - MES ( Manufacturing Execution System )

Location : Bathinda

Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering/ IT

Experience : 7-10 years

Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience

Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :

1. Tasks :

- Responsible for support, maintenance, issue resolution and new development of Honeywell applications mainly Operations management ( OM-pro ), Data Historian ( PHD ) and Yield accounting ( Production Balance )

- Responsible for solutioning for current and future Honeywell suite of applications

- To ensure that all Honeywell applications are utilized optimally

- To ensure availability of Honeywell systems 24 X 7

- To ensure all SOPs related to these applications are in place

- To manage resolutions and escalations with internal stakeholders of all issues raised for Honeywell applications within specified SLAs

- To manage project related outsourced tasks with service providers

- To manage system security related aspects related to Honeywell applications

2. Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

- The candidate should have Bachelor's degree in engineering/IT

Experience and skill sets:

- 7 - 10 years of experience in MES implementation & support engagements of a similar nature in Oil and Gas domain or any other manufacturing company

- Hands on experience of Honeywell applications mainly Operations Management ( OM-pro ), Data Historian ( PHD ), Yield Accounting ( PB )

- Knowledge on LIMS ( Laboratory information management system ) and integration with other applications would be an added advantage

- Good communication, analytical & problem solving skills
