Assistant Manager - MEP - Shopping Mall (4-7 yrs)
Role: Assistant Manager-MEP
Location: Vijayawada
1. Overall responsibility for maintenance of Electrical including Transformer 33KV, HVAC-water cooled chillers, Plumbing, BMS, elevators & escalators, CCTV, MEP Billing, Security and Safety Systems for the Mall.
2. Will be responsible for complete maintenance of Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting & plumbing systems
3. Responsibility towards efficient operation of HVAC to ensure right ambient conditions within the Mall.
4. In charge of Civil Repairs, Maintenance and Fire Fighting Systems and plumbing utilities.
5. Ensuring safe practices in operations & maintenance.
6. Co-ordination and liaison with Tenants, Consultants, Contractors and their Engineers with regard to work execution during fit outs.
7. Responsible for Mall daily Operations MEP part
8. Understanding of CAM models, generating monthly billing of MEP for tenants
9. AMC and Risk management for entire equipment.
10. Liaising with mall operations team for ensuring smooth entry- exits.
KEY SKILLS : Should have good knowledge on the functioning / working of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, BMS, CCTV, Fire,Security and Safety Systems for the Mall
