Assistant Manager - Monitoring & Diagnostic (3-10 yrs)
Assistant Manager - Monitoring & Diagnostic (B&C Shift)
- Perform remote vibration analysis on rotating machines. Visit the site for more clarity when needed.
- Facilitate report preparation.
- Detailed machine diagnosis of common machinery faults.
- Review reports generated by auto diagnostic feature and validate and feedback the R&D team for improvement.
- Rotating equipment background, turbine, and compressor experience a plus
- Improve and validate the auto diagnostics features, identify fault patterns, Ensure quality reports.
- Ensure False Positives is less than -5% and False Negatives is less than - 0.5% to meet SLA.
- Improve on advanced diagnostic methods to analyse field machines better on a proactive basis.
- Proactively identify quality issues, field issues and provide corrective actions to improve diagnostics.
- Understand from the customer perspective how well the analytics shall be presented and visualized.
Qualification/ Skills :
- Vibration Analyst Level II or above certifications.
- 4 to 6 Years of experience in Vibration Analysis of rotary equipment.
- Working experience in industrial plants like paper, Chemical, Steel and Cement.
- Experience in online condition monitoring will be an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to address specific issues
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with customers
- Strong customer focus and the desire to go the extra mile
Shift Timing : B Shift - 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or C Shift - 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Rotational Shift)
- 2 days weekly off will be given based on the roaster and shall not be on Sat & Sun.
