We are hiring Assistant Manager - New Product Development (Rubber Spare Parts Mfg. Co.) Vasai(Mumbai) Location.

Roles and Responsibilities:-
1.To prepare APQP for better monitoring an adherence of the plan
2.Coordinate with Internal team regarding on going project & timely update to customer.
3.Understand the technical requirement of customer & prepare the documentation Accordingly.
4.As per customer milestone OK sample must be submitted.
5 Coordination with internal team regarding the RFQ.
6. Project Smooth Handover as per Internal target
Desired Skills:
1. APQP, PPAP, SPC & MSA Document preparation. Skill.
2. Drawing Study & understand the product specification, ensure quality level,
3. Goog communication Skill.
4. Knowledge of soft skill e.g Powerpoint, Microsoft excel.
5 Monthly MIS Preparation
6. Experience of 7-8 years in rubber manufacturing industries.
Technical Skills:
1 Knowledge of 2D & 3D.
2. Well Knowledge about APQP, PPAP, SPC & MSA Document & IATF, ISO Audit.
3. Conducting CFT meeting.
4. Well Knowledge about the Development process till smooth project Handover.
5. Knowledge about the Rubber moulding tool.
