Assistant Manager - Operations - eCommerce (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
You will manage and improve daily operational metrics, SLA and ensure delivery timelines within TAT. This includes :
- Managing supply chain operations for vendors to ensure on time delivery, working with logistics partners and transporters to move goods to our customers/ warehouses from vendor locations.
- Working with the 3PL players to manage last mile delivery operations.
- You will be in charge for driving cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience ensuring safe, seamless, timely and cross efficient operations.
Preferred Skills :
- Should be data driven, process oriented
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations preferred
- You shall also have 3+ years of relevant experience with a deep understanding of scaled up operations.
- Exposure to ecommerce operations or freight forwarding is needed.
- Demonstrable experience working with various stakeholders
- Interest and background in logistics & operations
