Assistant Manager - Plant Safety Compliance & Security - MNC Manufacturing (5-8 yrs)
Location : Open North / West - 2 Nos Position
Job Purpose :
- Ensure compliance to EHS norms and security of men, material and plant in the respective factory location.
Job Role :
- Lead implementation of EHS and Security Policies and Guidelines and where required, develop standards.
- Establish key performance metrics and review the same.
- Develop capability (through training relevant stakeholders and other programs as need be) to establish EHS standards and security norms in the factory.
- Review the EHS activities and ensure continual improvement in performance measures.
- Handle all statutory compliances and other standards established for EHS / Security for the factory.
Candidate Specifications :
- BE / B Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with Diploma in Safety Management from RLI.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in EHS / Security in similar industry.
- Should have established / set up processes for EHS compliance.
- Should have a proficiency in local language.
- Preferably from FMCG / Manufacturing / Pharma / Process Industries
