Assistant Manager - Process (7-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for Process Management for the Dispersions plant.
- Optimization and improvement of production process.
- Introduction and implementation of new products, new process and technology transferring.
- Coordination and further development of Lean production.
- Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance and operational reports to determine causes of non-conformity with product specification and operating/ production problems.
- Review and analyze production rate (OEE) and yield.
- Analyze production data concerning cost efficiency.
- Defining, collecting and controlling process and procedural KPIs.
- Development and documentation of plant safety and environmental concepts.
- Inquiry in to EHS events and implementation of preventive and corrective measures.
