- He has good experience of new line set up in Press shop as well press shop capacity knowledge of BIW/ Body - Projects, ECN experience.

Job Description :
- Co-ordinate with Customer & CFT for Project & ECN activity.
- Drawing study, Feasibility analysis & Feedback to Customer.
- Prepared the New Product Part & Assembly Level BOM
- Implement the ECN as per Customer Requirement.
- Vendor development, costing & negotiation with suppliers for tooling cost.
- Development of proto type samples and proto fixtures.
- Prepared PFC, CP, PFMEA document.
- Conduct the Proto part trial on Assembly Vehicle.
- Co-ordinate with Tool room for FTG trial.
- Calculate Estimation for Existing Product modification.
- Internal Auditor for IATF Document
- Procure the hardware for the new project.
- Procure machine, Spot Gun, robot for welding.
- Procure the small sheet metal component.
