We're looking for an Assistant Manager - Procurement & Manufacturing Coordination who thrives on execution, vendor relationships, and keeping procurement and production running smoothly.

This isn't just paperwork. You'll be the person who scouts new vendors for raw materials, manages procurement operations, keeps manufacturing partners in sync, and makes sure materials show up on time, every time.

If you've worked in FMCG procurement before (bonus if it's a startup or MNC environment), understand raw material sourcing like the back of your hand, and think "production scheduling" sounds like a fun challenge - let's talk.

What You'll Actually Do:

- Scout and onboard vendors: Find the right partners for raw materials and packaging - evaluate quality, pricing, reliability, and build long-term relationships.

- Own procurement operations: Manage the full procurement cycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, and zero stock-outs.

- Coordinate with manufacturing: Work closely with our existing manufacturing partners to ensure production schedules are met and materials are delivered on time.

- Execute production coordination: Support day-to-day execution and coordination to keep plants running smoothly and hit delivery timelines.

- Keep documentation sharp: Maintain detailed, accurate procurement and production records - because discipline matters.

- Manage supplier relationships: Build and nurture strong vendor partnerships that deliver reliability and compliance.

- Track everything: Monitor material consumption, supply schedules, vendor performance metrics, and flag issues before they become problems.

- Drive reporting and analysis: Use Excel (and other tools) to track procurement performance, generate reports, and support audits.
