Assistant Manager - Product Development - HVAC Products (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Independently handle product development projects in HVAC space
- Design and prototype machines, heat exchangers
- Develop testing procedures and adopts standards in HVAC
- Validate performance by testing and data analysis
- Work with cross-functional teams on improvement areas for performance, reliability, manufacturing and installation cycle time, etc.
- Sound technical knowledge on mechanical design and manufacturing/fluid and thermal engineering
Experience : 2-5 years experience in product development/R & D division. Fresher M.Tech with exceptional profile will also be considered
Knowledge/Skills :
- Good analytical and experimental skills.
- Good presentation, documentation and communication skills.
- Need to be customer oriented, diplomatic, flexible, enthusiastic and adaptable.
- Need to demonstrate a calm and composed approach.
