Assistant Manager - Production (3-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Overall Responsible for design & development of Electrical/Mechanical /Bill of material (BoM) of SMPS DC Power Supply systems as per production schedule
- Overall Responsible for production,
- Monitoring of shop floor activities
- Ensure Meeting of organisation's production goals
- Setting up new plant/machinery/manpower
- Align Department goals with organisation goals
- Ensure continuous improvement in Productivity
- Ensure adherance to quality standards
- Coordinate with internal functions (sales, puchase, logistics & customer support)
- Responsible for managing and developing his team
- Ensure proper delegation of work to team members and their monitoring
- Carry out any other duty assigned by the management from time to time
- Awareness of ISO, OHSAS & EMS standards
