Skills Required : Multi Product Handling Experience Should Be Must
Job Responsibility :
- Handling of CRAMs/API production in commercial/Pilot scale.
- Handling different activity in shift like operation of reactors,centrifuge,filtration,drying etc.
- Experience in handling high pressure reaction up to 10-40kg/cm2 like hydrogenation reaction.
- Monitoring of critical process parameters in process.
- Handling of exothermic & endothermic, high pressure reaction, fridlecraft reaction, Grignard reaction, butyl lithium reaction, Cynation etc.
- Handling of operation like batch charging, distillation, crystallization, extraction, drying etc.
- Online documentation completion like BMR,ECR & shifts formats etc. as per cGMP norms.
- Knowledge of usage & handling of SCADA/DCS/PLC is required.
Needed experience of handling commercial production for Asst/Mgr position, good stability of min 4-5yrs is required in company, multi-product commercial campaign handling experience.
Note : Candidate should be First Class in 10+12 & Graduation overall, candidate with below 60% in any semester will not be considered.
