Job Description :
1. Production Planning and Leading Production in all shifts in All Lines
2. Leading the Team of Line Engineers and Associates
3. Facilitating Training to Operators Skill Development on
4. Ensuring PQCDSME Adherence in the All production Lines.
5. Ensuring Generation Review of Production and Related reports.
6. Ensuring process adherence and quality systems in the Production.
7. Leading sample development for New programs as per customer milestones.
8. Ensuring good level of 5S and Autonomous maintenance in the shop floor and culture propagation among associates.
9. Driving a culture of Lean Manufacturing, SMED, Productivity Quality Improvements.
10. Driving a Culture of Continuous Improvement and Small Group activities like QC among associates.
11. To ensure harmony for Industrial relations with Associates.
12. To ensure best Safety Practices in the Production environment.
