Assistant Manager - Production & R&D (3-6 yrs)

- Formulating new products by doing trials, doing sensory evaluation and finalizing recipes for the same.
- Maintaining quality of raw material, intermediate products, finished product by identifying steps for quality control. new product development.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience - 3-5 years of experience with some food manufacturing setup, preferably in snacks.
Preferred Skill - Know how of extrusion process and has preferably worked on extruded products previously, either in cereals or snacks.
