About Company :
A leading 50+ Years old pharmaceutical company.
Roles & Responsibility :
1. Purchase of Engineering Capex & Project Equipment's & Service Works orders of Unit - I, II & III.
2. To send enquiries, prepare techno-commercial comparative statements of Engineering & projects purchase and prepare P.O.- s, W.O. after approval of higher Authorities.
3. To gets clarify the technical aspects from vendors in respect to project/engineering/user requirements if any about indents items.
4. To follow-ups for materials with Vendors & for payments to accounts.
5. Inspection of equipment if required at vendors factory.
6. Rate negotiations of project & engineering equipments.
Vendor evaluations for equipment supplies with the help of project team.
