We are looking Assistant Manager - Purchase (gifting products/IT products) for one of the leading corporate gifting industry.

Location : Andheri

Experience : 1 - 3 years

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with vendors

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Issue purchase order to vendors and ensuring material is received in time by us

- To understand client requirement clearly and then sourcing the product accordingly

- Inform about latest products to internal sales team

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Purchasing executive in any company

- Should have knowledge of MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

- Proven ability to handle multiple client inquiries at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail

- Basic Knowledge of Gifting products and customization scope

- Basic knowledge of GST is required

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

- Candidate should be passionate and hard working

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Graduate in Commerce ( BBA / BMS /BSC IT / MBA will be preferred )
