Reporting to Position Works Manager, Senior Manager - QA

Job Role

To ensure effective implementation & adherence of defined Quality systems in organization.

Window person for coordinating between internal & external customers on Quality issues for effective & timely resolution of issues

To provide training and guidance to employees with regard to quality systems and certifications such as ISO 9001, & TS 16949.

To ensure effective implementation of defined Quality systems like ISO 9001 / TS 16949 requirements and obtain / maintain quality certifications such as ISO 9001,TS 16949 etc.

To coordinate with certification body, external quality auditors and monitor the compliance of auditors- reports.

To provide training and guidance to employees with regard to quality systems and certifications such as ISO 9001, & TS 16949.

To provide training in problem identification & problem solving skills To carry out internal quality audits of manufacturing units., Co-ordinate between internal & external customers for timely & proper resolution of customer complaints.

Ensure proper closure of issues raised through various customer audits in plants

Visits to customer as & when required to understand customer expectations on quality

Control on quality of products made by out side processors by audits

Interacting with suppliers on quality issues RM & PM for proper resolution of deviations. & Carry out supplier audit

To monitor the quality of packaging materials & take up with supplier in case of deviation..

Carry out internal dock audits to ensure Quality of packaging materials, stamping etc

To carry out process analysis & plan Corrective / preventive actions after discussion with Cross functional team

Study trend analysis related to Quality bench mark monthly basis & take proper action for improvement jointly with CFT

Use of various statistical tools to analyze trends /consistency in quality of incoming & processed goods

- Coordinate with CQA for issues related to HO

Location : Hosur

Age Band ( Min and Max)26 -32 years

Experience Band (Min - Max)6- 10 years

.BSc or M.Sc with Diploma in Paint Tech / BSC Tech in paints.

Experience in problem solving skills / Certified with G B or B B is preferred

Languages to know English, Hindi

Region from where the candidate should be TN, Karnataka
