The company is looking for Assistant Manager Quality Assurance.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant industry experience in Machine Shop operations

- At least 2 years of experience in leading Quality function

- Proficiency in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards

- Familiarity with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) processes

- Knowledge of MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) and SPC (Statistical Process Control)

- Experience in Layout Inspection and Control Plan development

- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

- Proficient in the use of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), Contour Graph, Surface Roughness, Roundness Tester, and Millipore equipment

- Experience in PFMEA (Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and 8D Analysis

- Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and analysis purposes

- Hands-on experience in customer complaint handling and resolution

- Knowledge of Machining and Foundry operations

- Ability to handle Customer and Certification Audits

- Familiarity with CNC (Computer Numerical Control), VMC (Vertical Machining Center), Honing, and Grinding processes

- Experience in Manpower Handling, with a minimum of 50-70 manpower

- Proficiency in Rejection Analysis techniques such as Pareto and Why-Why analysis
