Assistant Manager - Quality - BPO/ITeS (6-11 yrs)

The central Quality team is headed by Senior Manager - Quality and has an independent reporting to the CEO. This team works closely with all teams for all aspects related to continuous improvements (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizens, etc.) and implementation of various International Standards (ISO, GDPR, etc.)

Technical / Functional Competencies :

Competencies Desired Proficiency Level :

1.  Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Project - Level 3

2.  Knowledge of ISO Standards - Level 3

3.  Driving initiatives like 7QC tools, Kaizen - Level 2

4. Application of Minitab Level 2

5.  MS Office knowledge, Good excel skills (pivot tables, charts, functions, vlookup, etc.), e-mail applications : Level 3

Key Responsibilities :

- Process facilitation to the aligned verticals

- Ensure process documentation is available for all entities

- Arrange team-wise Defects Management Workshop for operations team

- Communicate effectively with ISO consultants/certifying body

- Conduct internal audits as per the schedule for both the ISO standards (QMS and ISMS)

- Providing analysis of the reports

- Monitor customer feedback and follow up with operations for closures

- Publish weekly/monthly accuracy reports to operations

- Identify continuous improvement scope in the organization and work towards implementation

- Conduct quality related training whenever required for operations and QC teams

- Mentoring and guiding juniors

- Brainstorming on quality analysis
