Assistant Manager - Quality - Corporate Role - FMCG Major (5-8 yrs)
Asst. Manager ( Quality Incharge) - Corporate Role
- Planning and implementation of all Formulation related activities on allocated projects within defined timelines and at agreed cost targets.
- Carrying out vendor development for new ingredients required for the allocated projects.
- Conducting and documentation of product development lab work, including development of bench-top prototypes, implementation and maintenance of stability testing.
- Setting of R & R objectives and strategies, delivery of technical programs and project leadership, research scientist advice and counsel, arranging technical training / coaching for R & D staff/resource utilization.
- Development of analytical methods, setting up of protocols for quality assurance.
- In house analysis and analytical support for internal and external operations.
- Close working with the cross-functional teams within the company, as well as interaction with R & D groups and business associates external to it.
- Conduct lab- bench trial, pilot plant trial and transfer the new products to the factory.
- Prepare Finish Goods Specification and prepare and develop new raw material specification.
- Commercialization of new products to production line and leveraging suppliers capabilities.
Qualification :
Only - FMCG / FOOD / PERSONAL CARE Cos preferred
MSC / B Tech - In Food / Dairy Technology preferred
- Should have Plant quality experience, Willing to move to Corporate Role
- Also Candidates Currently in Corporate Role in Quality Dept, can also apply
