Industry: FMCG/ Beverages.
Education: B.E/ B.Tech, MSc in Food Technology.
Job Description:
1.Candidate should have exp in Beverage industry.
2. Exp in Quality Control, Quality Analysis etc.
3. Process, Batch preparation, Syrup Manufacturing, CIP, Mixing and Blending.
4. In depth knowledge about raw syrup, ready syrup, juice preparation as well as quality parameters.
5. Exp in Hot fill, Tetra Pack, WTP, Paesturization etc
6. Fair knowledge of syrup formulation at the backend.
7.Good knowledge of Sensory Evaluation of finished products of Simple and ready syrup as well
8. Exp in quality standards, HACCP, CAPA, FSMS, GMP, GHP, GLP etc.
