Job Description :

- To execute orders of department and sectional heads of Heterogeneous catalyst R&D

- To conduct day to day catalyst synthesis experiments execute the projects with the help of support employees of the department

- To compile the progress of the project and report to section and department heads

- To maintain HS&E in the day to day operation of laboratory

- To take care of chemicals, materials, and equipment's maintenance

Key Responsibilities :

- To execute lab recipes of all the required heterogeneous catalysts with the guidance of heads

- To characterize all the lab recipes and provide the information to heads to understand the catalysts

- Help the heads in troubleshooting the customer catalyst by characterization and evaluation

- Maintain the lab and equipment's in good working conditions and report to manager if any attention is needed

- Collect, compile and report the status of the projects to Head

- Help section head to maintain appropriate inventory for smooth and study operation of lab

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Fundamental of chemistry and catalyst Precious metal based catalyst development in lab scale

- Precious metal catalyst synthesis, characterization and their interpretation on their performance

- Selection and application of heterogeneous precious metal based catalyst

- Knowledge sharing with clients/customers on precious metal based catalyst selection for diverse chemical application

- Trouble shooting and providing solution on precious metal based catalyst processes

- Keep the up to date scientific and commercial knowledge on precious metal catalysts

- Usage of scientific software and search engines for literature and knowledge gaining and sharing
