Assistant Manager - Research & Development - Polymer (4-8 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION (Describe key result areas / main job functions) :
- Good knowledge of polymer formulation / compounding and recipe scale up.
- Hands on DoE, product realization, work hours monitoring, 5S, SAP and problem solving tools.
- Should have strong understanding of polymer chemistry and problem solving with fundamental approach.
- Should have team leading ability and able to collaborate with different research groups.
Key Skills Required :
- Knowledge about PSA adhesive / sealant / coating or adhesive preparation and testing. Willing to travel and work closely with operation team to establish product during scale up activities.
QUALIFICATION :
M.Sc / M.Tech / Ph.D in Polymer Science
M.Sc / M.Tech : 5 to 8 years
Ph.D : 2 to 3 years
