Assistant Manager - Restaurant Maintenance (3-8 yrs)
Job description :
- Requirement is for a leading chain of restaurants having multiple brand of restaurant outlets across different locations in Bangalore
- Maintenance of Electrical Kitchen Equipments
- Air conditioning System
- Trouble Shooting
- Maintenance of Chilling and Freezing Units like under-counter chillers, deep freezers, cold room
- Maintenance of Generator
- Overseeing and maintaining the electrical, Plumbing and mechanical aspects of the restaurant
- Must be able to lead a team of Maintenance Executives
- Must have knowledge of working on MS Office to prepare reports, to evaluate performance of the executives, to track equipment details and other such information.
- Annual Maintenance Contract with Vendors
- Must be willing to travel
- Only Candidates having prior experience in the Maintenance Department of Restaurant (s) to apply
