Position : Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer - Manufacturing

Job Description :

- Looking after Production documents like Initial & Final Inspection Check Sheets, First Piece Approval Check Sheet, and

- Machine Check Sheets & maintain the same.

- To Maintain APQP File.

- To Make PFD, PFMEA, CP of the New Product at Prelaunch & Production Stage.

- Making Bill of material for New Product.

- Responsible for raising ECN against any change required from customer & update all documents

- Ensuring that rejection and scrapping of material is minimized and ensure only quality product are being manufactured.

- Responsible for preparation of process layout for Production line.

- Responsible for Assigning work load to operators & achieving daily production target.

- Maintaining Production and Engineering documents as per ISO TS16949:2009.

- Maintaining all drawing & EO changes as per record.

- Calculated Utilization, Efficiency & OEE of Production line.

- Responsible for preparation of work instructions and operation chart.

- Arrange manpower and line balancing as per requirement.

- Responsible for time study, motion study & method study at every line.

- New component prove-out in CNC machines.

- First off inspection and periodic approval have been given for in-house components.

- Updates daily production data, men, machine hours etc.

- Attend periodic review meeting and day-to-day constraints meeting.

- Developing team and encourage KAIZEN activities.

- Provide multiskill to the workmen.

- Preparing CNC programming for various components.

- Improve productivity and product quality.

- Find Route cause analysis and corrective the process as well as quality problems.

- Continuous improvements in process methods.

Desire Profile :

- Qualification Candidate must Be Graduate / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Production).

- Experience: 3-4 yrs
