Assistant Manager/Senior Engineering - Part Reliability - AC Manufacturing company (3-10 yrs)
Position : Part Reliability - AM/Sr. Engg
Reports To : Incoming Quality Head
Place of Posting : Goa
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :
1. Incoming Part quality management
2. Testing Standard Management
3. Part Testing as per Test Standard
4. Report Releasing as per test specification
Qualification : B. Tech (Electronics/ Mechanical if worked in AC/Ref only)
Competencies :
- Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
- Certified auditor for ISO9001
- Knowledge of QC 7 Tool, TQM, SQC/SPC
- Should know APQP / PPAP System
General Requirements :
- Strong analytical skill for problem solving
Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job :
1. Should have experience in Mechanical, Electronic & Electrical Parts (Plastics. Press, PCB, Motor, Pump etc) development, Testing, Process capability.
2. Part Reliability Engineer should be good at Parts testing & Soft skills
3. He / She should do defect analysis, Mainly have done analysis on electronics components (PCB etc)
4. Well aware of Quality systems, QC 7 Tool & ISO Audit requirements
5. Well aware of all the Testing Standards
7. Apply problem solving techniques and address the resolution of the issues with concern department
8. Fully involved with R&D & other cross functional department for the quality improvement
9. Resolving major issues at customer end and taking care not to repeat again from the factory
