Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Chemical Process Engineer (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Successful completion of tasks allocated by Process Manager.
- Interacting with supplier base and ensuring process equipment selected conforms to
Design specifications :
- Delivering allocated projects, assignments, process on time, within agreed budgets, maintaining agreed Gross Margin, with a satisfied customer (per customer satisfaction questionnaires)
- Managing resources effectively.
- Monitoring, recording and delivery of all work within allocated budgets and timescales.
- Ensure project scope and costs are controlled at all time and report
- Assisting in the Technology Transfer for New entities
- Documentation preparation & getting approval over the Dossiers.
Key Duties :
- Process Improvisation/ Intensification on Green Field/ Brown Filed/ Expansion Projects
- Technology Transfer
- Good process engineering skills including core competencies in reviewing P&Ids, PFDs,
- Equipment Sizing selections, basic process calculations in heat transfer and fluid Mechanics.
- Process Equipment specification.
- Commercial focus on optimizing process to improve project profitability.
- Preparation and maintenance of Product Delivery Plan (MS Project schedule)
- Placing or purchase orders for project & process equipment
- Control of documentation flow to and from customer / suppliers.
- Recording / filing project communications
- Review and approval of key design documents, P& Ids, FDS, GAs
- Arrangement of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Arrangement and management of site work
- Site visits as and when required
- Other tasks as requested by management.
- Review and approval of process design basis post sales
- Understands, P& Ids, process flows, basic heat & mass balance, basic fluid mechanics.
- Process equipment specification with a view to overseeing procurement, Project Lifecycle management
- To grow into a technical expert in select product lines.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- BE chemical with 5-8 years experience in Process engineering Technology transfer ready to work ROHA-Raigad -Maharastra
