Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Purchase CAPEX/PROJECT (6-8 yrs)

Position: Asst Manager / Sr Executive( Capex / Project )
Qualification: BE Mech
Experience: 6-8 years in Capex / Project purchase
Job Description :
- Responsible for the procurement of all capex items & other Project Material ARC, and Negotiation support for all other material categories in High value items for Local and International Projects
- Co-ordinate with consultant M/s Shroff Associate for getting the TCS
- Support technical team by modifying the specifications, TCS and providing alternate options
- Techno-commercial discussion with vendors based on the TCS and recommendation given by the consultant
- Preparation of QCS, PO based on the final negotiation with all the vendors and getting it approved
- Follow-up with vendors, both domestic and International for getting the timely delivery of the material
- Coordination with Freight Forwarder in domestic and Local for the timely and smoothly dispatch of the consignments from India as well as outside location.
- Monitoring/Tracking the material personally in consultation with our freight forwarder until it reaches at site
- Generation of reports as per the project requirement
- Vendor development and vendor performance evaluation in coordination with the Project Manager
- Contractor performance evaluation in coordination with the Project Manager
