- We are looking for the position of Engineer / Asst Manager Sofa manufacturing with our leading Manufacturing Industry in chennai

Educational Qualification :

- Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field of study

- At least 8 years working experience in engineering field, including product design engineer experience

- At least 3 years experience managing people and projects

Skills Set :

1. Research/ define through: Input from Designer and Sales; Initiative market research through suppliers/ competitors / customers

2. Develop/implement through: New material & product structure & machine & production process -- definition/ sourcing/ introduction/ implementation.

3. R&D systematic process set up.

4. Good communication internally & externally to secure the projects could be on time and targets could be achieved.

5. Expert on sofa standard about function, size, related material standard and seat sensitivity standard .

6. Familiar sofas quality standard requirement
