Job Title Stores, Warehouse & Inventory management

Key Deliverables :
1. Delivery of material on line as per requirement
2. Ensure safe working condition in stores.
3. Drive continuous improvement .
4. Ensure FIFO in stores .
5. Reduce Vehicle TAT in stores
Role Descriptors :
1. Deployment of Manpower in stores on daily basis for smooth operation in stores .
2. Unloading, receipt, verification, putaway & issue of material on line .
3. People management in stores .
4. Interaction with Production, quality, purchase to resolve issues & ensure daily adherence to Deliverables .
5. 100 % GE / GRE Completion for all material on daily basis . Take up exception cases to Purchase / Planners
6. RTV Of material to supplier .
7. Ensure good housekeeping in stores .
8. Impart training to team members & achieve min. 3 x 3 Skill matrix on shop floor.
Accountability-Performance Mapping :
Accountabilities :
1. Down time on line
2. Housekeeping in stores
3. GRE Pending for more than 2 days .
4. RTV Pending more than 7 days in stores .
5. Vehicle TAT
Competency Requirements :
Detailed technical knowledge :
a) SAP - MM/ WM
b) Stores / Inventory management .
c) People management - Third party preferred.
d) Kitting / Kanban, FIFP, Shelf life
Work Experience Requirements :
Nice to have :
a) 6-8 Years of exp. In stores / WH Mnagement - Prferred in auto industry .
b) Exp. In Kitting, Kanban implementation .
c) Worked on SAP - MM / WM Module .
