Assistant Manager - Supply Chain (7-12 yrs)
Position: Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Experience: 8-9 years
Location: Hoskote
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management / Operations / Engineering or related field.
Salary: 9-10 lacs per annum
Office time: 9 AM to 6:15 PM (2 saturdays off)
Job Purpose:
The Assistant Manager - SCM will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between factory operations, sales, purchase, and other departments. The role involves effective planning, order tracking, and ensuring timely dispatches by aligning with production and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact between the factory and sales team for order-related coordination.
Collaborate with the purchase team to confirm Bought Out Parts (BOP) requirements and update the monthly systemized production plan.
Coordinate with interdepartmental teams within the factory to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
Consolidate production schedules, obtain tentative completion dates from production, and ETA of BOP from purchase, to finalize dispatch timelines.
Circulate daily Finished Goods (FG) stock reports with complete details to relevant stakeholders.
Share daily dispatch plans and billing updates with the sales team.
Prepare RPA (Root Cause/Problem Analysis) for service-related issues and ensure resolution through coordination with all concerned departments until material dispatch.
Monitor inventory levels and support effective utilization of available stock.
Ensure adherence to company policies, process compliance, and timely reporting to SCM/Planning HOD.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management / Operations / Engineering or related field.
8 - 9 years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, or order coordination (preferably in manufacturing/engineering industry).
