Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Management/Procurement - Auto (7-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities : 
-  Candidate should have excellent Communications skill and should have experience in handling procurement planning Local / Import and Knowledge on INCO terms, Knowledge on Lean concept, (leveling, Kanban, JIT).  
-  Long term forecast to vendor and review inventory on regular intervals. 
-  Premium freight IN control and optimization.
-  Forecasting analysis of Business plan, able to initiate Lean (JIT, Kanban) and Inventory control for Raw Materials.
-  Handling inward logistic
-  Responsible for Local/ Foreign Supplier planning an procurement
-  Procurement of Local and Imports. 
-  Daily Milkrun of Local components -  Procurement by Kanban.
-  RM coverage and control. 
-  Premium freight control for Inbound.
-  MRP -  planning in ERP (QAD).
-  Premium freight control and outbound logistics cost controlling.
-  Management of returnable Bins with supplier
-  Shortage analysis for production.
-  Co-ordination with overseas vendor and CFA / customs clearance.
