Assistant Manager - Supply Chain & Procurement (7-8 yrs)
Designation- Assistant Manager Supply Chain and Procurement
Experience - 7 to 8 years
Qualification - MBA
Few KRA:
- Receive indent from user department and raise PO against it to the vendor
- Coordinate with vendor for delivery of material
- Negotiate with vendor, invite quotation with vendor make comparison and negotiate
- Assisting Finance with Vendor reconciliation
- Managing short supplies and quality issues
- Vendor audit
- Coordination with quality for vendor audit
- Communicate all prices and specifications and if any mis-match need to be highlighted to Category head.
- Coordination with different teams like Quality, RA, Stores, Operations for stock receiving & other stock related activities
- Alcohol ordering
- Coordination with Finance and vendor for item code creation and vendor code creation
- Exploring market for alternate product/alternate vendor to bring savings
- Coordination with production for their requirement and arrange the material accordingly
- Responsible for the overall Purchase of the unit
- Co-ordination with HO for purchase, rates & capex/opex purchase
- Capex- local vendor coordination for deliveries and payments, local PO preparation
- Experience with large hotels, flights kitchen, QSR etc required
