Assistant Manager - Technology (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- To provide technical support for the manufacturing process in the designated area.
- Responsible for all the technological activities related to Tube, Flap & Bladder manufacturing like specification implementation, control of nonconforming product/process, disposition of non-conformity product/components, corrective & preventive action; scrap (waste) reduction, efficiency improvement, process modification etc in Tube, flap & Bladder Manufacturing plant.
- Release of new products (NPD- s) as per time line- Industrialization of new product and process.
- Review of key product and process parameters and initiate actions.
- claims & losses: Monitor products in order to bring in continuous improvement, and keep claims and losses to a minimum.
Technical & Quality Tasks:
- Provide technical know-how and inputs to the designated sections.
- Conduct field visits for survey on product performance and customer feedback.
- Analytically sound to analyse the data & should retrieve the claim /defect or any statistical data available in the system.
- ERP/SAP knowledge & able to make the specification in SAP
