Assistant Manager - Tool Room (7-12 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Responsible for Tool designing and Manufacturing as per the Target date given to Customer.
2. Responsible for making FMEA & DFMEA for all drawings.
3. Interacting with customers
4. Responsible for negotiation with supplier for quotations.
5. Responsible for giving quotations and getting orders from customers.
6. Responsible for Tool room Planning and execution against Tooling order receipt.
7. Responsible for VOM Tool maintenance for production tools.
8. Responsible for ISO/AS documentation related to Tooling requirement
9. Responsible for handling Tooling suppliers outsource and delivery with quality.
10. Responsible for Tooling profitability as defined by Management.
11. Responsible for adhere to all the policy & procedure implemented by the organization from time to time.
12. Service condition remaining unchanged during an assignment/deputation to ancillary unit or at supplier end.
