Assistant Manager - Warehouse and Depot (6-12 yrs)
Strictly Form Liquor and FMCG
Role Mission: Manage the Excise Bonded Warehouses as well as the POSM Warehouses
1.Internal auditing in the terms of QMS & OSHAS for stocks
2. Maintaining and servicing warehouse tool, (ex.Fire Extinguishers .Pest control. GHK)
3. Coordination with plant team to mitigate product related issues.
4. Coordination with WH team for Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality.
5. To ensure the third party contract agreements (transporter/warehouse /Pest control etc) to be ready on timely basis
6. Execute non-moving stock .
7. Safety and QMS policies to be placed in WH.
8. Maintain Quality std of goods in all FG warehouse.
9. Inventory control by FIFO
10. Liasioning with local depot in-charges for getting proper vehicles in time.
11. To coordinate with legal team to manage legal issues arise from time to time
