Designation: Assistant Category Manager
Department Waterproofing
Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma (Civil)
Industry Experience -  1 year + experience in waterproofing (Preference) or in sales
Roles & Responsibility :
-  Handle/Manage complete day to day operations across the category and ensure setting up of streamlined processes to maximize brand potential
-  Take reasonability to increase the waterproofing sales by doing field sales
-  Ensure SOP's being followed for each project
-  Onboard more vendors and other contractors and build a strong relationship with them
-  Coordinate with sales & operation team to ensure a streamline customer experience
-  Handle and take care of customer escalations, if any
-  Ensure right solution / quotation being generated by sales team for each project
-  Manage the overall city warranty and discounting to maximum sales at the same time maintain adequate margins
-  Out of box thing to increase the brand awareness as well as customer experience
-  Execute on-going competitive analysis as well as recommended strategies and tactics to improve our value equation to the customer
-  Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment
-  Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
-  Exceptional communications skills with strong civil (technical) knowledge
-  Strong MS Excel & power-point skills is a mustRoles and Responsibilities
